Terms of Service

Please have a clear idea of what you want. I want you to be satisfied with the work and put a lot of effort into each drawing. If you only give me a vague idea, you’ll only get a vague drawing.Visual references are preferred. Even just a stick figure drawing in MS Paint showing the base idea/poses of what you want is incredibly helpful, but I can work with written descriptions if need be.

+ If you contact me asking about a commission I’ll always try to send a message back either accepting or rejecting your commission and add your info to my que if accepted.+ I'll keep you up to date with each step of the process (sketch, line art, coloring, etc) for approval where you’re able to ask for adjustments and revisions. After I finish the sketch anything more than minor details or color adjustments will be an extra charge.+ I only accept payment in USD via Paypal. Half is paid upfront via invoice and the other half upon completion of the piece. If there is any issue or second thoughts, I can issue a refund but if the art is more than 1/3 complete, only half the full payment will be refunded.+ Clients can use the completed and paid-for pieces however they wish, but I reserve the right to use the pieces in my portfolio or post social media. I will never claim the character in the piece as my own and will link back to you if I'm given a social or other links.+ You cannot claim that you were the one that made the art or remove my signature. If you post it elsewhere, please include a link back to my Twitter.+ You cannot resell the art. If you're trading or selling the character itself, that's fine for the art to be included as part of that sale that but you can't resell just the picture.+ If I find out you stole the character or content you commissioned or you do not own the content in question, you forfeit the right to a refund and I will transfer rights of the drawing to the owner of the content/character and blacklist you. By commissioning me, if it is not specifically fanart from a known franchise, you are acknowledging that you own the content in question.

If you want to commission a character that's not yours:+ I'm perfectly happy to do art intended as a gift for someone else, but I need permission to do art of something you don't own. Even just a screenshot showing the person who owns the character saying they don't mind commission work of them is fine.

+ Unless you own the character or commissioned the art, you cannot use it unless given permission by the commissioner. You can repost the commission you paid for as long as you credit me.Do you take requests?

+ Time varies depending on what exactly I'm drawing and the length of the queue. I generally try to have any commission done within the month it was ordered and you can ask for updates at any time, but please don't rush me.What program do you use to draw?
